Tracks 1 + 2 previously recorded, mixed, and released 12/25/2021 as a one-track single "Diminishing Value".

Diminishing Value was the return of Dinosaur Dragonfly after a 4 year hiatus. I was really starting to enjoy how the tape cutups were sounding, and felt it was time to get back in the saddle.

The 24 cover came as an idea for my 24th birthday..Xmas day 2020. For some reason, I was confident that I could pull of a fairly traditional rendition...but I was all strung out and lost hope after 4 hours of recording, and butchered the mix out of spite. I think I finally quit when I took a deep feedback spike in the cans, because I was fucking with a ton of chains routed to and fro. You can clearly hear my reaction at the end of the track.

"Iteration 2" I really don't have a clue where it came from. The date on the file and drum pattern give me a clue that it was done while I was in recording school. Could have been handed in for our Ableton course. It reminds me of 'Faces of Meth II' from the 2017 S/T...but that also could have been handed in for the Ableton course.
